How to Create a Support Bundle
Steps
- Open Device Utility.
- Go to the Support Bundle area or use the available Support Bundle option in the program.
- Start the bundle creation process.
- Wait while Device Utility gathers the available support information.
- Once complete, open the generated support folder.
What a Support Bundle May Include
A Support Bundle may include files such as:
- device information exports
- support summary files
- other support-related information generated by the application
