How to Reset Admin Center

Steps

1. Open Device Utility.
2. Click Info.
3. Select Admin Center.
4. Sign in with the current Admin Center password.
5. Open the Reset Center option.
6. Enter the current password when prompted.
7. Confirm that you want to continue.

What Happens Next

After a successful reset:

• the current Admin Center password is removed
• the saved tools catalog is cleared
• a new Admin Center password will need to be created the next time Admin Center is opened

Notes

• This action should only be performed by an authorized administrator.
• If the program is not elevated, some machine-wide reset actions may not complete properly.
