How to Deactivate a License

Steps

1. Open Device Utility.
2. Click Info.
3. Select License.
4. In the License window, choose the Deactivate option.
5. Confirm the action if prompted.
6. Wait for the license state to be removed.

What Happens Next

After deactivation:

• the stored license state is removed
• paid features may be disabled
• the application may return to Standard mode

Notes

• Deactivation should only be performed when appropriate for your licensing situation.
• If you are unsure, contact Streamline before removing an active license.
